Add your own Bluetooth-enabled heart rate monitor, and iFIT can automatically change your workout intensity to keep you in a target zone with ActivePulse. The SelectFlex cushioned deck allows you to adjust the cushioning from soft to firm to meet your preferences. See your live workout stats on the 5” LCD Display.
